Early Life and Education
Hatem Mabrouk was born in Egypt. He earned his bachelor's degree in Law from Alexandria University and later obtained his first Master's degree from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis. He also holds an LL.M. by research from the University of Dundee, where his studies focused on international trade law and its applications in global markets.
Academic Career
Mabrouk's career spans significant contributions to legal practice and academia. He has represented clients, advised firms, and collaborated with both local and international companies and startups. He is affiliated with prestigious organizations such as the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center, Digital Evolution Center of EGADE Business School, and the Egyptian Bar Association.
Teaching and Recognition
Mabrouk is highly regarded for his innovative teaching methods and has been honored multiple times by Tecnológico de Monterrey with Academic Excellence Awards.
