Hatem Mabrouk (born May 26, 1986, in Alexandria, Egypt) is a distinguished full-time Professor of International Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey and a leading figure in blockchain education and application.

Hatem Mabrouk was born on May 26, 1986, in Alexandria, Egypt. He earned his bachelor's degree in Law from Alexandria University. Later, he pursued a Master's degree from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis and an LL.M. by research from the University of Dundee, focusing on international trade law and its global applications.

Mabrouk's career spans significant contributions to legal practice and academia. He has represented clients, advised firms, and collaborated with both local and international companies and startups.
