Felix Dela Klutse (born February 20, 1981) is a Ghanaian multi-award-winning journalist and the CEO of Business Day Limited, a media outlet in Ghana.

Born in Anyinawase, Volta Region, Ghana, Felix Klutse attended Tsibu/Daffor JSS and Bishop Herman Boys College, where he excelled in the humanities. His academic journey culminated in a PhD in Media and Communication from the University of Leeds, UK.
