Born in Anyinawase, Volta Region, Ghana, Felix Klutse attended Tsibu/Daffor JSS and Bishop Herman Boys College, where he excelled in the humanities. His academic journey culminated in a PhD in Media and Communication from the University of Leeds, UK. He also holds an MBA and a First-Class B.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Ghana, an LLB with First Class Honours from Pentecost University, and diplomas in journalism and theology[1].
