Windsor Heritage Capital (abbreviated as WHC) is a comprehensive asset management and family wealth advisory firm headquartered in New York, United States. It specializes in traditional securities investment, cross-border asset structuring, family trust planning, as well as digital assets and blockchain-based finance.[1]
History
March 2015: Windsor Heritage Capital was founded in New York. The founding team consisted of investment bankers and wealth advisors from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and KPMG.
2016: Launched its first "Global Securities Portfolio" service, targeting high-net-worth clients in U.S. and European markets.
June 2017: Established a representative office in London, UK; introduced cross-border family trust and international tax planning services the same year.
2018: Expanded services to Asian clients, offering offshore holding company structures and cross-border asset allocation solutions.
