Childhood and Early Life
Born in 1980 in Hai Phong, Vietnam, Tran Thanh Phuong grew up in a humble family. From a young age, he showed an entrepreneurial spirit by starting a small business renting out books at a sidewalk stall when he was just 12 years old. Career Beginnings
After graduating from university, Phuong started his career in 2002 at PTSC M&C, a subsidiary of Petro Vietnam Group, where he worked as a commercial executive. This role gave him valuable experience in international trade and project management. Between 2006 and 2014, Phuong transitioned to sales management roles at multinational companies like Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, Diageo, and Heineken. His work in the beverage and alcohol industry allowed him to develop strong leadership and management skills, which later contributed to his success in founding his own businesses.

In 2014, Phuong recognized the growing need for consultancy services related to regulatory compliance, particularly in the import/export of information technology products in Vietnam.
