Toriac is a fictional character from the Lords of Light series introduced in 1984. He is one of the minions of Emperor Dementia in the series.
Lords of Light
Toriac are a variety winged bat-like Evilite creature who serve Emperor Dementia. Like all Evilites they are repulsed by sunlight and live underground during the day.
Toriac commonly carry a gun and laser saw, which come with the toy. The card back and comic depict him with the laser saw and a shield.
