Tala Ghannam

Tala Ghannam is a Jordanian student leader, business strategist, and the Lead Organizer and Licensee of TEDxPSUT. She is recognized for her contributions to student-led innovation and strategic event execution within the Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) community.

Education and Academic Achievements

Ghannam is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at PSUT, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and leadership. In 2026, she was part of the university team that secured 1st place at the International Case Competition (ICC), hosted by the American University in Cairo. The competition involved developing and presenting high-level strategic solutions for real-world business challenges, highlighting her analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Leadership and TEDxPSUT

Ghannam serves as the Lead Organizer and Licensee for TEDxPSUT. In this capacity, she oversees the operational and strategic aspects of large-scale event production, including:

Managing cross-functional student teams.
Coordinating corporate sponsorships and high-level partnerships.
Curating speaker lineups focused on "ideas worth spreading."

Under her leadership, the TEDxPSUT 2026 conference was themed "Rewire the Future," focusing on the transformative power of empathy, planning, and collective action.
