Sudendu C. Shah
Sudendu Shah is an Indian-born entrepreneur and the Founder/CEO of Pride Group.[1][2]
Education
In 2014, Shah earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from K. J. College of Engineering, Pune. He also earned dual MBA (Master of Business Administration) degrees in Bussiness Operations and Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2016.[3]
Career
Mr. Sudendu Shah, as the Founder and CEO of Pride epitomizes the dauntless entrepreneurial spirit of a visionary.[4] At a young age, with his perfection, determination and extraordinary will power, he is at the helm of Success.[5] He has set a benchmark by receiving an award for Times Men of the year as The Youngest Entrepreneur and award as India Icon Most Dynamic Young Entrepreneur.[6][7]
Owning to his leadership qualities and strong will, Sudendu Shah won the Indian Achiever’s Award for Excellence in Business Leadership. It is said Anything worth having, doesn’t come easy with Aspirations turning into Reality![8]

Sudendu Shah is on the Advisory Board of NULEARN which is in collaboration with IIMs across India.[10] Through his sterling leadership qualities he is acknowledged as the Founder and President of Pride United Football Club and is also certified as a Referee of National Level Football and Tennis Association.[11][12]
Being deeply driven by fundamental business ideas and an urge to become an entrepreneur, he wended his way into the Industry and started his own company named Pride known for organizing & executing events. With creativity and innovation he made a strong headway towards progress & worked with prestigious brands like INOX, Dainik Jagaran, Aditya Birla Group and many more. He further expanded and diversified Pride into various discrete avenues including garment business & the IT sector. It is his conjecture that, “Success comes with a new goal”, which puts light over the fact that success is the outcome of accomplishing multiple goals every single day.[13] It is the result of consistent hard work and dedication. [14]
Mr. Sudendu Shah strongly believes that team work is dream work! His words Don’t work for me, work with me manifest his conviction towards working & growing conjointly.[15] Today Pride is at its highest summit. It has been recognized for its cutting-edge expertise in execution of service sector projects and 360° brand solutions.[16] The credit goes to Sudendu Shah’s business acumen and consistent efforts to make a mark of excellence in his work.[17]
Mr. Shah shared his inspiring journey and philosophies through a TED Talk titled My Life Journey with No IFs and BUTs. In this talk, he delved into his life principles and ethics, offering insights into his approach to business and life.
