Stavellie Salomon is a multi-ethnic American polyglot singer, actress, artist, and entrepreneur. She is best known for her roles in Chepachet (2007-) as one of Mrs. Wares' girls. This indie film was made for less than 10K and won two international film festival awards for Best Drama and Best Actress with no connections or nepotism whatsoever. It is based on a play and is a bit "talkie" but takes the viewer on a deep emotional journey. Stavellie was raised in the Caribbean and in Connecticut. A true citizen of the world, her formal education was international in scope. She attended private schools and public high school. She studied Chinese Business and graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University. She enjoys learning different languages and is fluent in French, English, Creole, Mandarin, she studies Spanish, Hebrew, Russian, and Italian. She is zealous in her steadfast belief in the essential timing of all she undertakes. For her pastime, she loves learning, traveling, reading, composing poems, songs, singing and dancing.
