The assessment evaluates leadership capability across 28 empirically validated competencies, organized into four domains: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading the Organization, and Managing Implementation and Execution. This research-driven framework provides benchmark data that enables leaders to compare their performance against large datasets of peer executives.
