Sade Kelly is an American executive coach, time management coach, and entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of The Fire Inside, a coaching company focused on helping professionals improve productivity, time management, and work–life balance.[1]
Early life and education
Kelly was born in Queens, New York. She studied at East Carolina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Business Management) in 2007.[2] She also completed certifications through the American Marketing Association and the Student Leadership Institute.
Career
Kelly began her career in corporate advertising, managing multimillion-dollar campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Mercedes-Benz, and Comcast Business.[3]
In 2018, she founded The Fire Inside, a coaching business specializing in time management and productivity. Her signature program, Overwhelmed to Organized, is designed to help clients structure their schedules and achieve personal and professional goals.[4]
Kelly has been featured in Business Insider, The Guardian, Teachable Creator Stories, and other publications. She is also a public speaker and podcast guest, with appearances on The Anxiety Reset Podcast, The Gutsy Podcast, and The Dallas Travers Show.[5]
