Md Sabbir was born on December 20, 2001, in the village of Rokkhachondi in the M Baliatali Union of Barguna District. He is the youngest among his eight brothers and two sisters, born to Md. Sekander Matubbar and Mst Setara Begum. His early education was marked by excellence as he passed the Primary School Certificate (PSC) in 2010 and later completed the Junior School Certificate (JSC) in 2014, followed by the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2018. His educational journey culminated with a diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from Barguna Polytechnic Institute (BPI) in 2023.
