Nihad Şahbazov was born in the Masally District of Azerbaijan. He earned his bachelor's degree in Physics Education from Baku State University, followed by a master's degree in Applied Physics and Nanomaterials from the National Technical University of Kharkiv (NTU KhPI) in Ukraine.
