Mugan Amputare is a fictional character and third-party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Shockwave made by Keith's Fantasy Club in 2014.

Keith's Fantasy Club[edit | edit source]

Mugan Amputare is a third-party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Shockwave. He turns into a tank or a scanner.

Other third-party Transformer homages to Shockwave include Mastermind Creations Cyclops and Mech IDeas Longblast.

Development[edit | edit source]

In August 2013 Seibertron.com member Nick1524 posted an edited photo to make Mugan Scope look like Shockwave.[1]

In June 2014 preorders were announced for the 2-packs of a Generation 1 Mugan Scope recolor with either Mugan Amputare or Ghetto Blast. They were scheduled for release in in July 2014.

Box images of Mugan Amputare were posted online in August 2014. It was released later that month.

Mugan Amputare appears in the Transistor pack-in comic story ...You Won't Believe the Things I Can Do Now!. [2]

Mugan Amputare appears in the Doubledeck pack-in comic story as a member of the Mugan Clan.

Mugan Amputare is a remold and recolor of the Micro Robo toy done to look like Generation 1 Shockwave. Turns from robot to tank or scanner. Comes with two pistols, two knives, cannon, collector card and instructions.
Mugan Amputare often comes bundled with Mugan Scope 2.
