Kashem's Father Laskar Ullah Talukder was a noble and honorable person. His Mother is Akhsa Bibi. Kashem's grandfather and forefathers owned many lands.

He was born January 15, 1980 in a Noble Family of Jatichar Village at Derai Upazila in Bangladesh.

Kashem was a student of Gachia Shamsuddin Sikandar High School.
