Mausoleum of Three Leaders

The Mausoleum of Three Leaders can be found on the north side of Doel Chatwar in the Dhaka University area. This architectural monument is built on the grave of A. K. Fazlul Huq. It is a tribute to three famous political leaders of Bengal: Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy, Khawaja Nazimuddin and Shere Bangla A.K Fazlul Huq., All three of these great leaders, were appointed Prime Ministers of the then-undivided Bengal during the pre-independence period.

History

Architects Masud Ahmed and SA Zahiruddin constructed this monument in 1963 as a tribute to three renowned leaders.
