Leads Technologies was founded in 2015 in Guangzhou and Hong Kong. In 2016, the company formed a team focused on Adobe solutions and achieved Adobe Bronze Solution Partner status in 2017. The company expanded its expertise in 2018 by developing a UX/UI design team and launched its ERP system in 2019. In 2020, Leads Technologies became a Specialized Adobe Experience Manager Partner. The company introduced an AI-powered secretary tool in 2024 and opened its Taiwan branch in 2024.

China CITIC Bank International (CNCBI)

Leads Technologies assisted CNCBI in transitioning to paperless services using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. The initiative replaced traditional processes with dynamic, multilingual e-forms for various banking operations, including account openings and credit card applications. These solutions featured mobile-friendly design, real-time data validation, and workflow integration, reducing processing times and enhancing customer experience.
