Martin owns several companies in Switzerland. She has in-depth knowledge of customer service, consulting, and wealth management. From 2012 to 2016, she was deputy branch manager at Swiss Post in Zurich. She was responsible for accounting and controlled financial management. Most recently, she worked at Migros Bank, where she was responsible for French, English and German speaking private and institutional clients. For more than 6 years, she has been honing her skills in the areas of customer service, advisory, asset management and financial analysis.

In 2018, Martin began working as an assistant to her brother, Oliver Martin. She has since advanced to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at his company and owns several other businesses. She is currently working on new projects.

Martin is also an author. She co-authored her first book, 31 Bridges, with her brother, Oliver Martin.[2] The book was published in 2022.
