Born and raised in Asia in a 300-square-foot studio, Jing grew up sharing a bathroom with a neighbor and watching her mother work three jobs to support the family. Despite these early hardships, she excelled academically, earning a full scholarship to college and later gaining admission to the University of Pennsylvania.
Arriving in America with just two suitcases and $200, Jing juggled three jobs while attending UPenn, determined to carve out a better future. Her grit and unshakable work ethic quickly set her apart. In 2019, she was honored with the prestigious National Association of Realtors’ 30 Under 30 award, recognizing her outstanding impact in the real estate industry.
Jing has since built a thriving real estate business, becoming both a top-producing agent and an active real estate investor. Her deep market knowledge, sharp business instincts, and genuine compassion for people have helped countless homeowners navigate complex property situations—from probate and pre-foreclosure to investment opportunities.
