His involvement primarily revolved around rehabilitation activities in areas affected by the 2005 Kashmir Earthquake[7].

Israr Kazmi's commitment to learning and personal growth led him to pursue higher education. He earned a Master's in Commerce, focusing on accounting, finance, and business management. In 2009, Israr Kazmi shifted his focus from humanitarian work to enter the Healthcare IT sector. He began his professional journey at CareCloud Inc.
