Evren Kacar is a Turkish-British entrepreneur and digital marketing executive based in London, United Kingdom. He is the founder and CEO of DAN Global (UK) Limited, the parent company behind the Digital Agency Network (DAN), a global B2B marketplace and membership platform connecting brands with digital marketing agencies worldwide. Early Life and Education

Kacar attended TED Ankara Koleji, a prominent private secondary school in Ankara, Turkey. He went on to study at Bilkent University, one of Turkey's leading research universities, also located in Ankara. He later completed studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), broadening his academic background in business and digital strategy.

Career

Early Career in Turkey

Prior to establishing his international ventures, Kacar built a foundational career in Istanbul's burgeoning digital marketing sector. He co-founded Synergy Istanbul, an early digital marketing agency operating in Turkey. He subsequently co-founded Boomerang Istanbul Digital Marketing Agency, serving as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Founded in 2010, Boomerang Istanbul operated as a 360-degree digital marketing agency offering ROI-focused services for brands across multiple sectors.

Kacar also founded Dijital Ajanslar Platformu, a Turkish-language online marketplace designed to connect digital agencies with brands and clients across Turkey. This platform became one of the leading agency directories in the Turkish market and informed the global model he would later develop with DAN Global.

DAN Global

Drawing on his experience in agency operations and marketplace building in Turkey, Kacar launched DAN Global in London in 2017. DAN Global operates as an online platforms and intelligence company serving the global digital marketing industry. Its flagship product is the Digital Agency Network (DAN), a curated B2B marketplace and membership network for digital agencies.

The Digital Agency Network employs an advanced vetting process for agency listings, combining an intelligent matching algorithm with expert reviews to connect client projects with agencies based on their expertise, experience, and area of specialisation. The platform supports over 26 service categories, ranging from search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click advertising to artificial intelligence marketing, VR/AR production, Web3, and influencer marketing.

DAN Global's broader suite of tools and resources includes the DAN Marketplace, a job board for digital talent, agency-facing content and industry guides, an Event Strategy Bot (an AI-powered tool for marketing event planning), and thought leadership publications on emerging topics including AI agents in marketing.
