Early Life
Edwin Essakhar Raised in California, Edwin Essakhar grew up with a strong sense of determination, resilience, and service to others. From an early age, he was driven by a desire to stand up for those who could not stand up for themselves — a quality that would later define his career as a trial attorney. His academic achievements and leadership roles during his formative years laid the groundwork for his success in law school and beyond.

Career
Edwin Essakhar is the co-founder and lead trial counsel of Hillstone Law Accident & Injury Attorneys. His practice is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals who have been wrongfully injured, and he has successfully obtained significant recoveries for clients across California.
Before founding Hillstone Law, Edwin worked for several years as an attorney representing insurance companies against personal injury plaintiffs. This insider experience gave him a deep understanding of how insurers operate — knowledge he now uses to fight for maximum compensation for injury victims.
His courtroom accomplishments include winning one of the Top 30 Breach of Contract Verdicts in California (2017), as well as securing numerous high-value verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases. Today, he is widely regarded as a skilled trial strategist who blends aggressive advocacy with compassion for his clients.
