Dr. Webster held leadership roles at Green River College , Seattle Central College, Seattle School for Boys, College Success Foundation, and Seattle Public Schools leading culture change, leadership development, wellness capacity building, and curriculum development. Ever since, he has been a consultant for districts and organizations around the country including the likes of Bonney Lake-Summner School District, African American Male Achievement Program, Auburn School District, Alief School District among many others.

EARLY LIFE

Dr. Webster held leadership roles at Green River College , Seattle Central College, Seattle School for Boys, College Success Foundation, and Seattle Public Schools leading culture change, leadership development, wellness capacity building, and curriculum development. Ever since, he has been a consultant for districts and organizations around the country including the likes of Bonney Lake-Summner School District, African American Male Achievement Program, Auburn School District, Alief School District among many others.

He has on-the-ground experience in improving your culture change, identity development, and wellness capacity building.

Dr. Webster has written articles on the exclusion of African-American Males Out of the K-12 Classroom, I Don’t Think They Like Us: School Suspensions as Anti-Black Practice, Co-Written Black Bodies, Dueling Pandemics, and the Hidden Rules for white profit in the NBA.

A renowned leadership keynote speaker, Dr. Webster has presented at many events and delivered roughly 20 keynotes annually. In addition to keynotes, Dr. Webster facilitates workshops as well as small or large consulting engagements. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Washington and Pierce College.
