Meleeka Clary-Ghosh was born on October 14, 1973, in Boston, Massachusetts, to Andrew Lee Clary and Larriana Clary. She began pursuing her passion for acting at the age of 8, enrolling in Vicki's School of Dancing and Acting. By 13, she had already landed a role as Harriet Tubman in a middle school play.

Clary earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2000, followed by a master's degree in the same field from Curry University in 2004. She also completed a paralegal degree at Northeastern University in 2005. In 2008, she began her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Walden University, completing it in 2021.

Career

Clary's career is diverse, spanning clinical psychology, law, entertainment, and education. She began as an office manager and paralegal, then worked as a counselor in various shelters, providing support to those affected by domestic violence, addiction, and HIV. Clary also served as an instructor in medical career education programs.
