Dr. Arooj K
Dr. Arooj K (born in Kottoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India) is a prominent Indian martial artist and yoga instructor. He has been active in these disciplines since 2000 and is acclaimed for his numerous world records and national honors.
Early Life and Background[edit | edit source]
Arooj was born to Kuttan and Usha in Kottoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. His early fascination with martial arts fueled his journey to master various forms of the discipline.
Martial Arts Training and Career[edit | edit source]
Arooj has dedicated over a decade to mastering Kung Fu and Yoga under the guidance of the Kung Fu & Yoga Federation of Kerala, led by Grand Masters M. G. Dileep and V. N. Vijayan. His primary mentor is Binu Kumar. He holds multiple black belts across different martial arts disciplines:
- 2nd Dan Black Belt (Kung Fu & Yoga Federation, Thiruvananthapuram)
