The Crater Cruncher was pictured on the toy box being piloted by a clear Time Traveler.

Development

It was based on the Takara Microman Space Buggy from 1974.

Mego released the Crater Cruncher in 1976.

In 2018 several parts for the Crater Cruncher were released on Shapeways.
