Classroom365 is a UK-based IT support company known for providing managed IT services for the UK education sector.[1]
Classroom365 provides managed IT services for the UK education sector. The services range from service level agreements, supporting schools across the South East of the UK, to nationwide projects such as the Connect the Classroom Scheme from the DfE.[1]
As an education specialist, Classroom365 is one of only 50 IT suppliers on Lot 6 of the Crown Commercial Service TePAS 2 Framework. The Cabinet Office sponsors this flagship procurement channel for technical procurement in the UK public sector.[1]
History
Classroom365 Limited was founded in 2021 by Mark Friend, Paresh Ghedia and Keith Williams with its headquarters situated in the London Borough of Southwark.[2]
In April 2023, Pritesh Ghedia, was appointed the director of the IT company.[3]
Product and services
Classroom365 provides primary and secondary ICT support] for the UK education sector and a complete range of ICT services.[4] As an ICT technical support firm with a range of Microsoft, Google and Apple specialities, Classroom365 has a diverse team of in-house engineers offering support from first to third-line support expertise.[4]
Classroom365 is an accredited supplier and installer of interactive whiteboards, including SMART Boards from SMART Technologies, Clevertouch Technologies and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.[4] The company offers UK Government approved CCTV and security systems for schools using [1] hardware in the public sector. It also provides WiFi solutions with HPE Aruba Networking, Ruckus Networks, and WatchGuard as the preferred wireless hardware suitable for education.[4]
Classroom365 provides Data protection and GDPR consultancy and policy writing services exclusively for UK schools.[5] The company also provides ICT hardware procurement, from iPads and Chromebooks to Microsoft licencing with DfE-approved leasing packages for state-maintained and independent schools.[5]
