Christian LeBlanc
Christian LeBlanc (born March 18, 1993), known online as Lost LeBlanc, is a Canadian travel vlogger, YouTuber, and entrepreneur. He is best known for his cinematic travel videos, particularly focusing on Southeast Asia, and for founding the Lost Creator Academy, an educational platform for aspiring content creators.
Early life and education
LeBlanc was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He studied business and accounting at university, originally intending to pursue a corporate career. During an exchange program in Bangkok, Thailand, he discovered a passion for travel and storytelling.
Career
YouTube beginnings
LeBlanc began working at a large accounting firm after graduation but found the work unfulfilling. At age 22, he quit his job, sold most of his belongings, and bought a one-way ticket to Bangkok. He began documenting his travels on YouTube under the name Lost LeBlanc, launching his channel in January 2015.
His early content focused on budget travel in Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. As his channel grew, he transitioned into more cinematic and higher production value travel videos.
Lost Creator Academy and business ventures
In addition to his YouTube content, LeBlanc launched the Lost Creator Academy, an online course and mentorship program for aspiring travel content creators. The platform provides training in videography, brand building, and monetization strategies.
LeBlanc has also developed e-commerce ventures, selling travel gear and branded merchandise.
