Arun Thomas, born and raised in Mayur Vihar - 3, Delhi, India, is an independent singer, songwriter, and music producer whose musical journey is as diverse as his cultural roots. Although he was raised far from any musical background, Arun's love for music was ignited by the melodies of his birthplace, Koothathukulam, Kerala, and the experiences that shaped his life in Worcester, United Kingdom. His music is a reflection of his journey, bridging the emotional and physical distances he has traversed over the years. Arun's life and experiences have instilled in him a passion for storytelling through music, and his songs serve as a means to express what words alone often cannot.

After gaining traction from established artists like San Holo, Anne Marie, Flume, and Said the Sky, Arun began releasing his own songs under the artist name *Zeiven*. His music resonated with listeners around the world, and his distinctive style—blending melodic pop and indie influences—captured the attention of music enthusiasts who loved his fresh take on contemporary pop music.
In 2021, Arun took a significant step in his musical journey when he decided to release music under his real name. This shift in identity felt like the perfect moment, especially with the release of his single *“If You Let Me To,”* a deeply personal and reflective track that explores themes of love, distance, and the emotional challenges of relationships. The song was inspired by Arun’s own experiences and those who supported him from afar. The track also marks his return to his roots in India after spending time abroad pursuing his Master's degree in Worcester, United Kingdom.
The project, which began in 2021, faced delays when Arun moved to the UK, but after two years of dedicated work, it was finally completed. The music video for *“If You Let Me To”* was shot in some of the most picturesque locations in England, including Great Malvern, Grasmere, Ambleside, and Workington, lending the visuals a raw and ethereal quality that complements the emotional depth of the song.
Arun’s goal as an artist is not just to entertain but also to connect with his audience on a personal level. His music transcends geographic boundaries and speaks to listeners who appreciate authenticity, emotion, and the vulnerability of self-expression.
