Andrew Pence holds three master's degrees and is currently a fourth-year PhD candidate in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. His academic pursuits complement his extensive practical experience, enhancing his expertise in leadership and organizational development.

Military Career

U.S. Navy SEAL Service

Andrew Pence served as a U.S. Navy SEAL Captain, where he developed a reputation for building high-performance teams, solving complex problems, and delivering superior results under pressure in rapidly changing environments. His career included various high-level positions, including:

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for the Naval Special Warfare community, the world’s premier maritime special operations force comprising over ten thousand personnel. In this role, Pence was instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives and enhancing operational effectiveness. Chief Operations Officer (COO) for multiple organizations, where he managed complex operations and drove organizational improvements. Chief Executive Officer (Commanding Officer) of a Navy SEAL team, leading specialized teams in critical missions and operations.

Post-Military Career

After retiring from the Navy, Pence continued to apply his leadership skills as an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited leadership coach. He has guided numerous leaders and organizations in developing effective strategies and improving performance.

Personal Life

Martial arts are a personal passion for Andrew Pence; he holds black belts in Brazilian jiu jitsu and tae kwon do. He actively supports his son’s jiu jitsu competition career by traveling nationally. Inspired by nature, Pence and his family reside in Montana, where they enjoy the natural surroundings and outdoor activities.
