Wiki Club Jamia is an extra-curricular club, formed by a group of students at Jamia Millia Islamia on the university's 103rd Foundation Day on 29 October 2023. The club aims to engage the university students in free knowledge movement through Wikimedia projects.

History

The Wiki Club Jamia (WCJ) was established by a group of seventeen students and research scholars from several departments of the Jamia Millia Islamia under the lead of TheAafi. It was supported by the Leadership Development and Skills Infrastructure Program of the Deoband Community Wikimedia.
