Aravind began his career as an enterprise technology consultant with Oracle, KPMG, and General Electric, focusing on ERP implementation and enterprise IT strategy. He spent 18 years with Danaher Corporation (later reorganized as Veralto), holding IT leadership roles across operations in Europe, the United States, and Asia. His responsibilities included IT strategy, ERP modernization, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance programs. Aravind currently works as a fractional Chief Information Officer and Chief AI Officer, providing part-time executive IT leadership to organizations.
