'''Ultra vs. Warp''' is a pair of [[fictional character]]s made by [[TFC Toys]] in 2011 as a [[third-party Transformer]]s. They are an homage to the [[Transformers]] characters [[Ultra Magnus (Generation 1)|Ultra Magnus]] and [[Skywarp]] and Transformers Targetmaster sub-line.

Ultra and Warp are Targetroids, similar to a Transformers Targetmaster, but larger. This set is possibly an homage to the Target store exclusive ''Classic'' Ultra Magnus vs. Skywarp.

Other original third-party Targetmasters include [[FansProject]] [[Blesser (FansProject)|Blesser]].

Other third-party Transformer homages to Ultra Magnus include FansProject's [[City Commander]], iGear's [[Ultra Leader]] and Junkion Blacksmith's [[Earth Commander]].
