Tyrant is a fictional character and third-party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Galvatron made by DX9 Toys in 2015.
DX9 Toys
Tyrant is a third-party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Galvatron.
This toy should not be confused with Dark Tyrant, a sword made by Dr. Wu.
Development
DX9 Toys posted images of the Tyrant prototype on their weibo page in August 2015.[1] Preorders when shortly after.
DX9 Toys placed color images of Tyrant on their Facebook page in September 2015.[2]
Tyrant was released in December 2015.
Reception
Tyrant was featured in an article in the January 2016 issue of Chi Soul Die (模魂志) magazine.[3]
