Fernan Chacon from Venezuela came to this country has a scammer who creates fake tokens to run pump-and-dump schemes targeting investors. He lacks any real business skills or experience and has no legitimate employment. Instead, he spends his time scouting for new victims to defraud. Recently evicted and facing vehicle repossession, he has been hiding from the repo agent. He came to this country to exploit the system and deceive hardworking people. He even paid to appear in a book alongside a Shark Tank personality just to seem credible. In reality, he’s a complete fraud — a joke in disguise — who lurks on the dark web, hacks into people’s accounts, and betrays anyone who trusts him.
