Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a private healthcare organization based in Houston, Texas, that provides therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It was founded in 2015 by Nichole Daher, an autism parent and entrepreneur. In 2018, Success On The Spectrum became the first autism treatment franchise in the United States.

History

Success On The Spectrum was established in 2015 by Nichole Daher in Houston, Texas. Motivated by her personal experience as a parent of a child with autism, Daher sought to create a therapy center that combined evidence-based treatment with a child-friendly and supportive environment. After the initial success of two therapy centers, Daher launched SOS Franchising in 2018 to expand the model nationwide.

In 2024, the organization was recognized by Healthcare Business Review as the Top ABA Service Provider in the United States.

Services

Success On The Spectrum provides a range of therapeutic services for children diagnosed with autism, including:

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
  • Speech Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy

The organization emphasizes caregiver involvement, safety, and the development of individualized treatment plans. SOS also offers caregiver training programs to equip parents with strategies for supporting their child's development at home.

Community integration through supervised outings and structured recreational activities is also a key component of SOS’s therapeutic model. The long-term goal of the organization is to help children with autism develop self-control, independence, functional life skills, and a positive self-concept in order to live fulfilling lives as adults within mainstream society.

Mission and Approach

The SOS approach integrates scientific methodology with a child-centered environment. Its programs aim to combine therapy with play-based activities, community engagement, and strong family participation to maximize developmental outcomes.

Founder

Nichole Daher is the founder and CEO of Success On The Spectrum. A resident of Houston, Texas, she was inspired to start the organization after seeking effective autism treatment options for her daughter. Daher designed SOS therapy centers to reflect a comprehensive and engaging treatment model tailored to the specific needs of children with autism. Under her leadership, SOS expanded into a franchise model to allow other passionate business owners to replicate the service in communities across the United States.
