Sebastian Carl Olov (born July 21, 2002) is a South Sudanese entrepreneur and investor, best known as the founder and CEO of Talentium, an AI-driven recruitment platform.

Career
Hjärne began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Invies, a company that was later acquired in January 2023 by an undisclosed buyer. Following this, he acquired Playgreen AG, a Swiss company focused on recycling rubber and polyester from used tennis and padel balls to create sustainable playgrounds. He also owned TNJS AG, which was later sold.
In 2023, he founded Talentium, an AI-powered platform designed to automate and optimize recruitment processes. The company raised €3.5 million in a pre-seed funding round, backed by EQT Ventures and angel investors, including Joel Hellermark (Sana Labs), Sebastian Siemiatkowski (Klarna), Fredrik Hjelm (Voi Technology), and Robin Haak (Jobspotting, Global Founders Capital).
Beyond Talentium, Hjärne has invested in several early-stage tech startups.
