Rapid Core Healing

Rapid Core Healing is a phenomenological, brief, experiential, dual approach to holistic psychotherapy Composed of Emotional Mind Integration and Family Constellations founded by Yildiz Sethi in 2015.

Yildiz Sethi through her work since 2000 with clients, realized that the subconscious mind has two major components. The Personal and the Generational each requiring a specific approach.

Two Subconscious Minds

Personal, disturbances coming from lived experiences (often in child-development) or other problematic or traumatic events, that have been repressed and arise in adult life as problematic feelings, thinking or behaviour.

Generational, disturbances that are passed through the relational bonds of the family system, that may be experienced as Generational relational patterns or patterns of behaviour, thinking, feeling or trauma. Disturbances passing through generations is explained by the study of epigenetics.

History

Yildiz developed Emotional Mind Integration to partner with Family Constellations to resolve personally based issues or disturbances in a brief experiential process, just as Family Constellations is designed to work with the generationally based issue of the same disturbance in its own phenomenological, brief, experiential methodology. These two work compatibly and simultaneously for holistic resolutions of a range of relational, mental health (depression, anxiety, panic, poor self-esteem, sabotage, disturbance and trauma recovery) in short-term interventions.

Phenomenological here means the psychotherapist attempt to put aside expectations or judgements and adopt an attitude of not knowing, so that the process may be guided by the client’s neural pathways to the causal memories of trauma

With Rapid Core Healing a session may be Family Constellations if this is deemed the most suitable approach for the issue. Or Emotional Mind Integration if this is deemed the most suitable approach for the issue. Or a combination of both in Rapid Core Healing if it has both personal and generational aspects to it, in one seamless approach.

Emotional Mind Integration was founded by Yildiz Sethi and has been synthesised in part by the following and with her own additional innovations.
