She is the founder of NeoTots Academic Consultancy—a venture committed to inspiring learning and empowering growth in the early and primary education sectors. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has held key roles in several prestigious international schools and has contributed to curriculum development, teacher training, and educational event management.

Early Life and Education

Pooja Kava Chauhan was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She completed her schooling at Jamnabai Narsee School, Juhu, and graduated from Mithibai College, Vile Parle. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), along with professional certifications in ECCED and B.Ed.

During her early years, she actively participated in cultural events, especially dance competitions, and was inspired to pursue teaching by her Grade 3 teacher. Her professional path was further guided by her mentor, Ms. Padma Negi, who played a pivotal role in shaping her educational philosophy and leadership.
