Animated series[edit | edit source]
2018 Hasbro Studios[edit | edit source]

Phenolo-Phi appeared in the unreleased 2018 Micronauts animated series by Hasbro Studios. She was voiced by Mae Whitman.
Phenolo-Phi and a seeming malfunctioning robot were being delivered to prison by Acroyear Torren Pellum when the robot revealed itself to be the combined form of Betatron and Gammatron, agents of Baron Karza. The robots used explosives to break Karza out of prison along with the Time Traveler Quin-Tillus and escape though a space bridge. Phen joined with Pellum, prison guard Oberon, robot Biotron and prisoner Xant in following Karza though the bridge to capture him. They arrived on Earth in the garage of Cameron Ruck, but Baron Karza was able to escape them.
Comics[edit | edit source]
2016 IDW Publishing[edit | edit source]
In the IDW Publishing series Space Glider is depicted as looking radically different from the toy. Space Glider is a female named Phenolo-Phi, with a new wing design with a tail.
Phenolo-Phi grew up on Qwin Primary, the daughter of a famous artist and a military engineer. When Baron Karza's Ministry of Defense attacked her planet as part of the Microspace-spanning civil war, her parents were both killed on a tour of her father's research station. Phen survived the initial attack before stealing a prototype glider suit her father had designed and escaping. Phenolo-Phi left Qwin behind and slummed it on Lomaari Station, where she eventually met Oziron Rael, Acroyear, and Microtron. With nowhere else to go, Phenolo-Phi joined the Micronauts aboard the starship Heliopolis.
