Owen Degelman
Owen Degelman (born May 30, 2005) is a Canadian footballer who plays as a forward for Armagh City F.C. in the NIFL Championship. He previously played in the German Regionalliga Bayern for TSV Aubstadt, and was on a developmental contract with HFX Wanderers FC in the Canadian Premier League.
Club career
Early career
Degelman developed in the youth academy of German side Chemnitzer FC, featuring for their U17 and U19 squads.
HFX Wanderers
In 2022, Degelman signed a developmental contract with HFX Wanderers FC of the Canadian Premier League. He was part of the first team setup but did not make a senior appearance due to injury.[1][2] He was also included in discussions about the club’s 2023 roster planning.[3]
TSV Aubstadt
In the summer of 2024, Degelman signed with TSV Aubstadt, competing in the German Regionalliga Bayern. He made 7 league appearances and scored 1 goal, while also appearing in a regional cup match.[4]
Armagh City
Degelman joined Armagh City F.C. in the NIFL Championship in the winter of 2025. He made his debut in a league fixture against Limavady United and has since made 5 appearances for the club.[5][6][7]
