She gained prominence in 2021 through her humorous and travel-based content shared across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Nasim is known for using her platform to highlight Bangladesh’s rural beauty and promote local culture globally.
Early life and education
Nasim Haider was born in Uzirpur Upazila of Barisal District in Bangladesh.[1] She completed her secondary education at Otra Secondary School in 2018 and later pursued a diploma in Ceramics Engineering at the Bangladesh Institute of Glass and Ceramics, which she completed in 2023.[2]
Career
Nasim began creating content in 2021, initially as a hobby. Her comedic sketches, travel diaries, and reels quickly gained popularity, prompting her to pursue content creation professionally.[3]
Her content is particularly popular among younger audiences, and she uses her platform to share behind-the-scenes stories, travel experiences, and personal reflections.[4]
Volunteer work
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Haider volunteered with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society in Dhaka, assisting in vaccination and awareness programs at several hospitals, including Dhaka Medical College Hospital.[5] She has also volunteered with the Robinhood the Animal Rescuer, Bandhumahl Blood Donor Society, and the Bangladesh Institute of Glass and Ceramics Rover Scouts Group.[6]
