Early life and education
Mesut Parmak was born on May 10, 1981, in Yayladere, a district of Kiğı, Bingöl Province, Turkey. He completed his education in the United Kingdom. He studied language, education, and communication at Goldsmiths, University of London, and earned the TEFL / TESOL – International English Teaching Certificate from the University of Cambridge, becoming an internationally certified English teacher.
In 2005, he obtained the Professional Community Interpreting and Translating Level 3 certificate in the United Kingdom, earning the status of a certified translator and interpreter recognized by British authorities.
Career
In 2001, Parmak took over the family-owned business established in London and began his professional career in real estate consultancy.
Under London Cadde Real Estate and Investment Services Ltd., he introduced the Anglo-American real estate consultancy system to Turkey, becoming one of the first professionals to adapt this model to the Turkish market.
He redefined the perception of real estate consultancy as a knowledge-based, ethical, and legally grounded profession, rather than a purely sales-oriented occupation.
Through this vision, Parmak developed the “A Plus Professional Real Estate School”, promoting a transparent and certified consultancy culture in Turkey.
From 2005 to 2017, he worked for the Home Office (UK Ministry of the Interior) as a freelance interpreter, legal representative, and consultant.
In 2015, Parmak became a candidate for the United Kingdom General Elections, being recognized as one of the few Turkish-origin professionals to participate in British politics.
