Laure Goubau is a Canadian executive coach, entrepreneur, and thought leader in women’s leadership, wellness, and workplace development. She is the founder of Gloria Coach, North America’s first women’s leadership coaching and health advocacy platform, and the creator of the My Imposter Story podcast, which explores imposter syndrome and leadership challenges through candid conversations.

Laure’s professional journey began in law, where she practiced as a litigator specializing in class action and medical malpractice at McCarthy Tétrault, one of Canada’s leading law firms. She transitioned into professional development and talent management roles at McCarthy Tétrault before joining McKinsey & Company, where she served as Director of Professional Resources and Professional Development Manager. At McKinsey, she designed and implemented national maternity leave policies, women’s advancement initiatives, and leadership training programs, reinforcing her expertise in executive development and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).

Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University, a Civil Law degree (LL.L) from the University of Ottawa, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Université de Montréal. She later expanded her expertise with a Graduate Degree in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Systems Thinking Certificate from Cornell University.
