My name is Jimoh Kabirat, the beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimoh. I was born in 2004 in the historic and culturally rich town of Ikirun, located in Osun State, southwestern Nigeria. Ikirun is more than just a hometown to me—it is a community deeply rooted in tradition, heritage, and values. The culture, customs, and communal spirit of this town played a fundamental role in shaping my early identity and the person I am becoming.
Growing up in Ikirun was a truly formative experience. I was surrounded by the beauty of Yoruba culture: the rhythmic sound of talking drums during festivals, the grace and pride in our traditional attire, and the timeless wisdom passed down through proverbs and stories told by elders. These experiences were not only part of my daily life—they were life lessons that taught me about respect, dignity, and belonging.
Family has always been the foundation of my strength. My parents raised me with deep love and unwavering values. My mother’s compassion, patience, and dedication were a constant example of selfless care.
