Jimmy Ofuoyan (born August 15, 1998), professionally known as 360Kuts, is a Nigerian best selling author, celebrity hairstylist, barber, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the international grooming brand 360Kuts. Known for his precision cuts and luxury styling, Ofuoyan has gained recognition in the fashion and entertainment industries across Europe and beyond.[1]
Early life and education
Born in Nigeria, Ofuoyan was the youngest in a large family and grew up facing financial hardships. His interest in hairstyling began at a young age, inspired by his brother who owned a unisex salon. He learned braiding early on and quickly mastered women’s hairstyling. Later, he taught himself modern men’s haircutting techniques through online resources.
Journey to Europe
In 2016, as a teenager, Ofuoyan undertook a dangerous journey from Nigeria to Europe in search of better opportunities. During his migration, he was captured by human traffickers in Libya. While held in captivity, he used his barbering skills to survive, offering haircuts to fellow detainees and even guards. After escaping, he settled in Italy, specifically in the city of Pescara, where he began rebuilding his career.
Career
Ofuoyan’s professional breakthrough came after styling a player from the Pescara Football Club. This moment catapulted him into the local spotlight, leading to a wave of new clients. His unique style and expertise soon attracted attention from luxury fashion brands such as Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana.
