Jacquie Joy’s professional journey in the entertainment industry is marked by her versatility and creativity. As an award-winning composer and sound designer, she has received five Hollywood Music in Media Awards (HMMA) nominations and two Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA) nominations, cementing her reputation as a top-tier talent in music production.

From 2013 to 2021, she composed music for the Expedia Vacation Travel Guides featured on YouTube. Since 2018, Jacquie has worked as a composer on over 50 independent films, according to IMDb. Her credits extend to sound design and song production for films. Over the last few years, she has had placements on a variety of television and streaming shows such as Bondi Rescue and The Great Australian Bake Off. In 2022, she collaborated with American singer Nomi Abadi to release a pop music single, "You’ll Feel Nothing." In 2024, she scored the feature documentary Peace Pilot, which is currently streaming on Apple TV and Amazon Prime.

In addition to her media compositions, Jacquie is a respected member and judge at the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), contributing her expertise to evaluating excellence in the digital arts.
