Josef Buschbacher, born in Reutlingen in 1971, began his journey as a versatile and innovative entrepreneur early on. After attending the Waldorf School, he decided to train as a car mechanic to hone his manual skills and technical understanding. With a degree in business administration, Josef entered the world of education and training and worked as a trainer, coach and consultant in a large corporation. This experience laid the foundation for his vision of changing the world of work through targeted training and systematic learning methods. This vision led to the founding of Corporate Learning + Change GmbH in Stuttgart in 2014, a company that supports innovative training and change processes in companies and continues to operate extremely successfully in the market today.

Personal life

However, Josef is not a person who is satisfied with what he has achieved. His tireless spirit of discovery and curiosity constantly drive him to explore new horizons. For example, he completed a training program at Microsoft to expand his digital skills and became a licensed Uber partner to gain insights into the world of mobility and technological change. At the same time, he founded an instructor academy to support the next generation of trainers and instructors with the latest methods and techniques. He also volunteers at a senior internet café, where he helps older people access the digital world – a project close to his heart that underscores his values of education and social responsibility. In his free time, Josef devotes himself to another passion: Wing Tsun, a traditional Chinese martial art. He is dedicated to preparing for higher grades, which not only demonstrates his focus and discipline, but also his willingness to develop in all areas of life.
