Development
Mego released the Hyperion in 1980. It was also released by Airfix, Gig and Grand Toys.

- The Hyperion is a heavy remold of the Takara Timanic Nicmachine 2. A Stratastation chair has been molded into the center. The larger wheel is recolored from the Battle Cruiser, the smaller wheels are recolored from the wheels on Biotron and the gun is a recolor of the single launcher from the Astro Station. Comes with three missiles from the Star Searcher. Has a recolor of the torque twister motor first used on the Ultronic Scooter.
